St. Louis Women's Flag Football League is a women's league that provides an opportunity for women in St. Louis and the surrounding area to play in a recreational flag football league. The leagues consists of six teams: Rebels, Blades, Logos, Zone, Mich Light, and Pack Queens. Games are held on Saturdays in a double-header format.
