Team Saint Louis Accepting Nominations for Four Officer Positions!

Help us make our community a better place to be and submit your nominations for the following Team Saint Louis Officer roles: Vice President, Treasurer, Fundraising and Public Relations/Social Outreach.

Vice President, Treasurer and Fundraising appointments will be in 2022-2023, while the Public Relations/Social Outreach appointment will last through 2022.

Descriptions of each open officer position are as follows:


Vice President: The Vice President shall preside at a meeting in the absence of the President and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the membership from time to time. In case of death, resignation or the removal of the President from office, the Vice President shall fulfill duties of the President until a special election is held.


Treasurer: The Treasurer has custody of, and be responsible for, all the funds and securities and deposits and withdraws such funds and securities in and from such banks, trust companies, or other depositories. The Treasurer maintains financial records as required by governmental bodies and makes deposits and pay bills upon receiving proper bills or receipts. The Treasurer provides a written report to another member of the board for report in lieu of absence. The Treasurer accommodates the signature registration on all accounts of the elected second Board Member that can sign checks.

Public Relations/Social Outreach: This Director shall monitor media posts to assure users respect the TSL Mission Statement; coordinate efforts with the Executive Board to promote a social media strategy; manage social media sites and TSL, Inc. web site.

Fundraising: This Director (in coordination with the Executive Board & members of TSL Inc.) is responsible for raising money for TSL, Inc. & its projects. This Director contacts & meets with potential individual & corporate funders, develops ideas for fundraising events. Additionally, seeks grant opportunities that align with TSL, Inc., its members & mission.
